I recently underwent an open mesh hernia repair. Mr Hamouda was very helpful in explaining the procedure and put me at ease. He carried out the operation with care resulting in excellent results. The whole team at Benenden we’re very professional and efficient. I experienced very little pain and was reassured with the information given to me throughout the process. I am very thankful to the whole team for their work resulting in a successful repair of my hernia.

I had a repair on my inguinal hernia at Benenden Hospital in September 2018. My hernia was becoming increasingly uncomfortable, I arranged an appointment and was allocated an operation date just 3 weeks later. From my first consultation with the surgeon Mr Hamouda right through to the operation, I have received exceptional care. The repair has been excellent, and the scar of the incision negligible. Mr Hamouda was outstanding throughout, he was kind and extremely professional. Any questions were answered honestly and the information and guidance was first class. I cannot recommend Mr Hamouda highly enough.

Mr Hamouda performed a gastric bypass procedure on me in November 2017. From my first consultation through to my last consultation today, he made me feel totally confident that I was in safe and competent hands and this proved to be the case. My procedure could not have gone any better and as a result to date I have lost 13 stone and my quality of life has changed beyond belief. If you are considering barriatric surgery, I would wholeheartedly recommend it and Mr Hamouda and his team at the Nuffield in tunbridge wells.

Mr Ahmed Hamouda is a very caring and professional consultant, my wife and I were put at ease, and he explained precisely everything that we needed to no concerning the operation. He also allowed us time to give it some consideration before we went ahead with the procedure. We were extremely pleased with the way my wife was looked after before, during and after her stay in Hospital. We highly recommend him. Softly spoken, charming and altogether a very nice person.
